What are the use cases?
There are many different types of use cases for this type of AI, but we usually focus on deploying these agents into businesses for roles like appointment setting, live transferring, cold calling, or handling customer service.
Can I use it to cold call?
Yes, you can use it to cold call publicly listed business numbers. If you would like to cold call residential or personal lines, you must have prior express written consent as it is considered a robocall. You should include some sort of opt-in letting them know they are consenting to artificial and pre-recorded voice calls.
However, as a disclaimer, this is not legal advice. Please consult a lawyer regarding specific laws and use cases. But just know that this is how we use it and how our clients use it, and we’ve had no issues.
How many people can the AI call at once?
The AI can dial 10,000 leads at a time and speak to 1,000 people simultaneously.
How long can calls last?
The current capabilities of the AI mean it performs best on shorter calls. Anything longer than 10 minutes will lead to difficulties, and even 10 minutes is pushing it because the AI does not yet have the capability to handle longer calls, but it will be able to in the very near future.
Will the AI be able to handle specific objections?
Yes, this is what AI is great for. The AI already has general knowledge of the world, so it can handle basic objections like “I’m too busy” or “I’m not interested.” It also has general knowledge of different industries, so it will already have a decent understanding of whatever industry you operate in.
Additionally, the AI has a feature called the “knowledge base” where we can upload specific details of your business that only you or your employees would know, like your address, specific case studies, your offer guarantee, etc. The AI will remember those details forever. Over time, it’ll get better at answering questions related to those details as it continues to improve with use.
What actions can it perform when on the call with clients?
It can do the following:
- Book appointments into your calendar for you.
- Live-transfer a lead to another number in real time.
- End the call at the end of the script.
- Perform more customized actions such as sending texts, emails, payment links, contracts, etc.
These customized actions have to be built with integrations through Zapier, which we can set up for you. Depending on the complexity of your request, it will cost extra. More complex builds require a complexity fee, which we must confirm with our engineers and software developers beforehand. Refer to the pricing section for complex build fees.
How many agents do I need?
Even if you don’t have a lead database but have some sort of lead generation, this can be very helpful for you. Not only will you be able to reach out to leads within the first 5 minutes every single time, meaning a lead will never slip through the cracks. Realistically, the pickup rate when first contacting leads is around 10% statistically.
You will never have to spend hours doing the 3, 5, 7, or even 10 follow-up calls it takes to get in contact with a lead yourself or hire and manage a team of employees to do it for you.
Can the AI respond to business automated phone answering systems (ex. press option 1 for A, press option 2 for B)?
No, unfortunately, that is extremely complex and outside of the AI’s capabilities. The AI will hang up either right away or after 10 seconds once it realizes it’s not a human speaking.
What does the AI do when it hears a voicemail?

Can the AI follow up as many times as I want?
Yes, we can set up your agent to follow up with your leads as many times as you want for as long as you want (although we don’t recommend setting it to follow up with leads every day for a month or a year). The number of follow-ups and the frequency are customizable, and we will be able to set that up for you.
Can the AI follow up at specific times of the day?
If you want the AI to follow up at specific set times, such as 9 AM EST, it cannot do that. It can follow up based on the time the lead arrives as well as the time of the previous follow-up. For example, it can call 5 minutes after a lead comes in and follow up 24 hours after that. It can also follow up with leads in relation to a specific event, such as 15 minutes before an appointment. However, this would be a separate agent. We can set the AI to call only within specific business hours, for example, 9 AM EST to 8 PM EST. By default, outbound dialing is set to call within 9 AM to 8 PM in the lead’s local time zone (based on their time zone).
Where can the AI call?
The AI can call worldwide.
Can the AI send automated texts and emails?
Yes, this is something we can set up for you. It can send texts to your prospects before, during, or after a call. It can also send texts/emails to you or a specific person on your team once an event is created or if you need to follow up with that lead.
Can outbound AI agents also receive inbound calls if a lead calls back?
No, it does not offer that type of analytics tracking. However, you can manually review the data and track it yourself, or export the call recording data into a CSV, put it into Excel, and track it that way. It’s a newer technology, so we’re optimizing for getting it into the market as soon as possible.
How perfect is the AI?
The AI is not 100% perfect. There might be infrequent times where it may delay a bit or mess up. However, due to the volume it can handle, the mistakes are largely negligible compared to the number of times it performs correctly. As you continue to use it, it will understand your business better and better. Over time, with more call data, the AI will keep improving itself until it becomes nearly perfect.
What industries can I use the AI in?
It doesn’t matter what industry you want to use it in as long as phone conversations are a necessary part of the business. The AI can be tailored to any industry. Unless you’re in a very niche industry like underwater crab fishing, it already has a general knowledge of the industry you are in.
Can the AI text me with all the info talked about on the call as it speaks?
Unfortunately, it cannot. However, you will have access to a fully generated call summary and the entire transcript of the call in the dashboard under the recordings tab.
